If you test positive for COVID-19 you will be contacted by NHS Test and Trace who will help you identify who you have been in contact with.

There are testing centres in Shadwell, Mile End, Isle of Dogs and a new rapid testing site in Canary Wharf. There are also rapid test sites at the Ecology Pavilion, Mile End Park and at 56 Burcham Street, Poplar. More details.

Tower Hamlets Council
Vulnerable Residents Phoneline
Tower Hamlets Council has a dedicated phone line to support vulnerable residents and people identified as being at the highest risk of severe illness from coronavirus.
Residents Support Scheme
Help is available to residents who are either in or at risk of being in crisis or are in need of immediate help and have no source of financial support available to them.
The council has a dedicated phone line for people who want help with Universal Credit applications. To book a phone appointment with a council officer call 020 7364 7010.
Social Welfare Issues
A partnership of local advice centres that provide free advice and representation in areas of social welfare law Tower Hamlets Community Advice Network knows all about benefits, debt, and housing.
